Nirvana Facial Massage and Reiki in Sofia’s Iztok District

Take time to refresh and unwind with a facial massage and Reiki in Sofia’s Iztok district. The Nirvana package brings together a deep toning and sculpting facial massage, a nourishing face mask and a Reiki session in one visit, giving you space to care for your face and focus on a sense of inner balance.

Three complementary treatments in the Nirvana package

Described by the studio as one of its most popular and sought-after packages, Nirvana begins with a deep facial massage. The massage is intended to tone, lift and sculpt the face. It is followed by a Reiki session, during which the nourishing face mask is applied.

Reiki is also known as bioenergy therapy. It is a widely practised approach described as supporting energetic, emotional and physical harmony of body and mind. The studio attributes numerous benefits to the practice; this description is not a promise of a particular health outcome.

What the experience includes

• A deep sculpting and toning facial massage with a lifting effect.
• A Reiki session.
• A nourishing face mask applied during the Reiki session.

All three elements take place during a single visit lasting 60 minutes in total. This is an individual treatment rather than a group session.

Give the Nirvana experience with an Adventico voucher

Choose an Adventico voucher for this 60-minute facial and relaxation experience, either for yourself or for someone who would appreciate a little time out. Buying a voucher does not confirm an appointment; the date and time must be arranged separately with the studio.
