Stay periods and advance reservations

The weekend option has Friday check-in. Its listed periods are 1 August 2026 to 31 March 2027, and 1 April to 22 December 2027.

Check-in, supplements and property conditions

Check-in is between 15:00 and 18:00, and check-out is by 11:00.

For use of the fireplace or barbecue, the property lists a cart of firewood at €30 per day, payable on site. A €15 pet fee is also payable on site. Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant.

The listed supplement for a cot is €15 per night, while an additional folding bed costs €50. These are the accommodation provider’s additional charges and conditions, rather than services included in the package.

What happened to one of Omaya’s lakes

On 3 July 2026, an unusual natural event occurred at Omaya. A hole approximately 4 metres in diameter suddenly opened in one of its two lakes. Water gradually drained through the opening until the lake was empty.

During the first few hours, the team’s priority was to rescue the lake’s inhabitants. More than 150 large fish, each over a metre long, were moved to the other lake, including carp, catfish, silver carp, grass carp and pike. According to the hosts, all of them continue to live in Omaya’s waters.

The hosts report that they are awaiting the results of geological investigations. These are intended to establish the cause of the event and help determine the safest, most sustainable way to stabilise and permanently seal the opening. Before taking action, the team wants sufficient information and confidence that the chosen solution will prevent the hole from reopening and protect guests’ safety.

Meanwhile, new areas for fishing and relaxing outdoors are being created around the second lake. Guests can enjoy the quiet, the water and Omaya’s distinctive wild scenery there.
