Salt Room Session in Sofia — 40 Minutes to Unwind

Choose a salt room session in Sofia for 40 minutes of calm in a cosy setting. It is a thoughtful wellbeing gift for yourself, your partner or a friend. Select a single visit or a package of five sessions, depending on how much time you would like to set aside for this relaxing break.

Soft lighting, music and a comfortable seat

Settle into a comfortable armchair in a room with subdued lighting and gentle music. As you sit and unwind, you breathe air enriched with medical-grade salt: sodium chloride intended for medical use. The setting invites you to step away from your daily routine and spend some quiet time looking after yourself.

Each session lasts 40 minutes. Visits take place in a group with other guests you may not know; this is not private hire of the entire salt room.

How the provider describes salt therapy

The provider's description attributes antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal properties to salt. It associates salt therapy with supporting respiratory function and reducing inflammation in the airways, as well as helping clear accumulated mucus from the nasal passages and lungs.

The provider also claims that it helps neutralise free radicals, supports the immune system and reduces stress. These are claims made in the provider's presentation, not an Adventico promise of proven therapeutic benefits or guaranteed personal results. A session is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

As an experience, the salt room offers time for relaxation, a sense of balance and peace of mind. You can choose it as a deliberate pause for yourself without relying on it as medical treatment.

A single visit or a package of five

• The single-session option includes one salt room visit.
• The package option includes five visits.
• With the five-visit package, only the first session is reserved in advance.
• The remaining four visits are arranged with the provider on site.

Age requirements, restrictions and provider conditions

The provider states that the session is unsuitable for people with high blood pressure. If you have questions about your health, seek medical advice before choosing a visit.

The provider's cancellation policy allows free cancellation up to 12 hours before the reserved time. The source offer lists voucher validity until 16 October 2027. These details describe the provider's offer and do not automatically set the terms of an Adventico voucher.
