An eighteenth-century mission with answers in the future

You and your teammates take on the roles of people living in the mid-eighteenth century in a country under foreign rule. When rumours reach you of experiments in time travel, you decide to venture into the future. Your aim is to discover how your people overcame the challenges facing them.

You hope to bring that knowledge back to your own time and give your fellow citizens a reason to believe in a better future. To uncover their fate, you will need to observe your surroundings, connect clues and work out the answers together. Are you ready to join the journey and help your team reveal the story?

The city itself holds the clues

The game combines a treasure hunt with the kind of logic puzzles found in an escape room, but takes place entirely outdoors. Sofia’s streets, buildings and symbols are more than a backdrop: interacting with the urban surroundings is an essential part of making progress.

You access the game through your mobile phone’s browser and enter your answers there, while searching the real world for the clues you need. What you notice along the way helps your team solve each task. A digital map marks the boundaries of the playing area, and the walking route covers approximately 3–4 km.

What the experience includes

There is no need to reserve a specific date or time. You can play throughout the year, provided there is no snow covering any of the clues or puzzle features. Playing during daylight hours is recommended.
