What happens during the tasting

The tasting follows the introduction. You will sample different spices, compare their flavours and aromas, and discuss your impressions with the group. The experience combines direct sensory discovery with a deeper understanding of the plants behind the flavours.

Location, duration and group format

The tasting takes place in Sofia and lasts between 90 and 120 minutes, depending on participants’ questions.

You will join other participants you may not know, rather than attend a private event exclusively for your own party. A minimum of 10 people is required for the session to go ahead.
