Brew beer and master burgers in a 2‑day Sofia workshop
Combine home beer brewing with chef-led burger techniques in a practical two-day course. You get clear guidance, hands-on experience, ideas for equipment and ingredients — and you finish by tasting what you’ve made.
What you’ll learn
- Homebrewing basics: ingredients, process and essential equipment — plus where to source it.
- Practical beer brewing that stays to ferment until your second day.
- Brioche bun dough, marinating vegetables and balancing sauces.
- Cooking to doneness: working with beef and chicken for a juicy, well-built burger.
How the course runs
Day 1: Homebrewing
You dive into the stages of brewing, understand each ingredient’s role and see exactly what gear you need. You brew your own batch, which then ferments under ideal conditions. The setting is informal — with homemade nibbles, good music, conversation and beer tasting.
Day 2 (about two weeks later): Burgers & final tasting
You become the burger chef: knead brioche buns, prepare sauces, marinate vegetables and control doneness on beef and chicken. You finish by tasting your own beer alongside some of the juiciest burgers — made by you.
What’s included
- Two-day course for one person with instructors Stoycho Pampov and Nikolay Nemigenchev.
- All materials and equipment needed for the course.
- Copies of the recipes and an apron.
- Mineral water, coffee or tea during the sessions.
- Certificate of completion and a small gift.
Friendly group format — ideal if you want to expand your skills and delight friends with something delicious made by you. Ready to brew and build your best burger? Choose or gift a voucher.
