The package provides six full hours of tuition, divided into six separate visits lasting 60 minutes each. These sessions offer a chance to open the door to that inner world and take your first steps in meditation with an instructor’s support.

Location and minimum age

Sessions take place at a studio in Sofia’s Iztok district. The package is for one person, with lessons delivered individually. Children can also take part; the minimum age is 10.

A parent must be present if the participant is under 18. The parent may wait in the studio during the lesson.

Schedule and arranging your visits

Lessons are available throughout the year, Tuesday to Saturday, between 9 am and 7 pm. There are no sessions on Sundays or Mondays. Allow at least one week’s notice when arranging your first visit.

Only the first lesson is scheduled through the voucher booking process. Dates for the remaining five visits are arranged in person at the studio. Please aim to arrive five minutes before your appointment.

Cancellation condition

The provider’s stated cancellation condition allows free cancellation up to 24 hours before the booked session.
