About Tsarev Brod Winery

A family project founded by two agronomists, Ivan and Svetla, the estate began in 2001 with Sauvignon Blanc—now among the oldest plantings in the region. Over time they added valuable local grapes such as Gergana and the rare Evmolpia, blending tradition with modern winemaking.
